Policies

  • Non Smoking  - No Pets
  • Occupancy - Maximum of 6 guests including children
  • Pool Key - $50 to replace if lost or damaged
  • Rental less than a month  -  $500 within 14 days of booking to hold
    reservation.
  • Monthly rental - $1500 within 14 days of booking to hold reservation
  • Balance of reservation plus security deposit of $200 to be paid 60 days
    prior to arrival
  • Security Deposit will be refunded after your departure if no damage
    noted or if no excessive cleaning required.
Cancellation fees

  • For less than one month rental, your entire deposit will be returned less
    $50 processing fee, if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless cancelled days are rebooked.
  • For monthly bookings, your deposit will be returned less $250 for
    cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival unless cancelled days are rebooked.

We recommend travel insurance to cover you in the event of any unforseen
circumstances.
Cleaning service is provided with the basic rental rate.
This consists of the unit being cleaned prior to your arrival
and immediately following your departure. Any additional
cleaning service may be arranged at an extra charge.
Guests staying 30+ days will receive one mid-stay
housekeeping service.
