| Guest Comments: This is our fourth stay here, and we loved every minute. Everything works, it's quiet and we are so comfortable. We love breakfast and dinner on the lanai, watching the sunset and looking out to the ocean. When we were here last February, we even spotted whale spouts, which drew us to the beautiful walking path along the shore of Wailea. Our ground floor villa is one of the few 3 bedroom units available for vacationers. Located adjacent
to the 7th green on the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets,
view, and watch golfers while you relax or dine on the large wrap-around lanai. You will find
entertaining outdoors or in the living room, which also opens on to the lanai, makes for great
memories with families and friends. The condo is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme, with a
well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The unit is light and airy.
You can count on our unit to be comfortable, exceptionally clean, well maintained, well stocked,
and it's a great value. Our condo is 1,690 square feet.
The two pools, two whirlpools, BBQ areas are steps away, while the condo is located in a very quiet
and private area of the complex.
The magnificent beaches, four star hotels, the Emerald, Gold, Blue and Makena Golf Courses are a
ten minute drive from the condo.

A starter supply of paper goods (TP, paper towels) and soap is provided for your initial use. We
stock the kitchen with non-perishable spices, sugar, etc.
