A ten minute walk takes you to the shops of Wailea where you will find the very
best in shopping and dining. The Wailea Tennis Club is just outside the gate of
the complex where Joe's Restaurant is also located.

This is our fourth stay here, and we loved every minute. Everything works, it's quiet and we are so comfortable. We love breakfast and
dinner on the lanai, watching the sunset and looking out to the ocean.  When we were here last February, we even spotted whale spouts,

Thank you for the use of your condo. The location was great and the space in your unit perfectly fit our needs.  The bag of treats when we
arrived was a wonderful surprise after a long flight to arrive to such a thoughtful gesture. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all.  The binder on the
counter with menus and information was helpful and made some choices for our family outings easier. Everything was just wonderful.
From the lanai to the very comfortable sleeping quarters we had a great time. The movies, books and games were greatly appreciated too.
Your condo was well stocked with all of the essentials and more. I don't think in our years of renting have we ever had such a well
appointed kitchen. THANK YOU!!!! The beach chairs and cooler worked out splendidly and we certainly made good use of these everyday.

tour the small towns of Paia and Wailuku to get a feel of Maui as it might have been many years ago. See the astounding
lava fields near LaPerouse Bay. Stroll the shoreline walkway in Wailea, stop for a cup of coffee or tropical drink along

Maui Grand Champion Villa

Our ground floor villa is one of the few 3 bedroom units available for vacationers. Located adjacent
to the 7th green on the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets,
view, and watch golfers while you relax or dine on the large wrap-around lanai. You will find
entertaining outdoors or in the living room, which also opens on to the lanai, makes for great
memories with family and friends. The condo is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme, with a
well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The unit is light and airy.

You can count on our unit to be comfortable, exceptionally clean, well maintained, well stocked and
it's a great value. Our condo is 1,690 square feet.

The two pools, two whirlpools, BBQ areas are steps away, while the condo is located in a very quiet
and private area of  the complex.  

The magnificent beaches, four star hotels, the Emerald, Gold, Blue and Makena Golf Courses are a
